I've been working in IT since 1985 and have held various development and project management positions. I've been an advocate of Agile since 2003 when someone on my team introduced me to Scrum, since then I've been evolving and refining my ideas on Agile Delivery and Agile Project Management.
More recently I was fortunate to be Program Manager for a Value Stream Management Platform, this experience was the catalyst that helped me form my thinking on Agile and Value. I am passionate about how this thinking could add real value for any company's Agile adoption and provide a significant input to their digital transformation.
